Anna Kulaya is a national coordinator of WILDAF Tanzania. She is an advocate, passionate about women’s rights and gender equality. Ms. Kulaya holds a Bachelor of Laws-University of Dar es Salaam. Diploma in Human Rights and Humanitarian Law-Raoul Wallenberg Institute (Sweden), International diploma in Leadership Development-St. Francis Xavier at the Coady Institute Canada, Master in Migration and Refugee Laws-University of Dar es salaam.
Ms. Kulaya presently serves as a board member of a network for legal aid providers (TANLAP). Ms. Kulaya coordinated the 16 Days of Activism Against GBV in Tanzania, now a national movement.
