Fatma Said Kauga
Director of finance and administration at Shule Direct. She has 3 years of experience in financial modelling for e-learning in the social enterprise. Involved in business planning, strategy, fundraising, budgeting and management of both financial and human resources.
She is a seasoned mentor and trainer of Business Development and Financial Management to youth entrepreneurs in Tanzania. Fatma is a leadership fellow of Perennial Class of 2019, Young and Emerging Leaders Project class of 2019, Cordes Fellow 2018, and Young Leaders Forum Fellow 2017.
She holds a Masters of Science in Finance and Investment and Bachelor Degree of Science in Taxation both from the Institute of Finance Management of Tanzania.
